Our History

R.N. FIELD CONSTRUCTION, INC. is a full-service general contracting firm providing high-quality construction and construction management services to a wide array of San Francisco, Bay Area and Southern California clients. We have an established reputation for on-time and on-budget performance, quality workmanship, and most importantly, satisfied clients. Incorporated in 1975, we have spent 35 years specializing in high-end tenant improvements, and complex projects for technology, law, financial services, entertainment, hospitality, and the restaurant industry. In 2007, we took the next step in fostering growth and wider ownership by promoting from within to involve the leadership of the next generation. Six colleagues created a joint partnership to bring a higher level of principal involvement, ownership and commitment to each of our projects.

Our management team is comprised of experts in all phases of construction, project management, engineering and administration. We are proud of our staff and confident in our abilities to execute complicated projects. Most of us have been working together for many years to create a company dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects and brokers.
