Energy Star at 116 New Montgomery St

The Rialto building at 116 New Montgomery barely survived the 1906 earthquake. A picture of the building as a shell is hanging in the recently renovated lobby. The Rialto has once again been reborn. Over the past two years the building has seen a host of new tenants thanks to the efforts of the Bomel Companies, the primary building owner, and Charlie Withers with The CAC Group. 116 New Montgomery is currently 96% occupied by a mix of retail, office and high tech tenants. The building has just donned a new badge in the form of an Energy Star displayed in the renovated lobby. RN Field has been part of the team since 2008 starting with the renovation of the lobby and second floor. The improvements have been extensive and widely varied including original stone brought back from the basement and the latest LED lighting from a new Bay Area company. It is great to see this historic building still enjoying life here in San Francisco.
