RN Field has just completed the office build out for Splunk.

Splunk, an IT database search engine, occupies 30,000 SQFT on the second floor of 250 Brannan St. The building, currently owned by BROE Real Estate Services, was originally the Gallo Salami factory. The original brick exterior walls are supported by a seismic retro fit completed in 2000. The designers at hooks ASD left much of the brick and original wood framing exposed. The new build out benefits from a wonderful second floor courtyard at the center of the building and that special building character that only comes with age. RN Field is proud to have helped Splunk move-in on time and the relationships we built with Splunk, hooks ASD, and BROE.
