Randy has been with RN Field so long, he’s now the official keeper of company history and lore. As Partner and Senior Project Manager, he acts as a liaison with owners, architects and engineers and plays an integral role in business development while performing his project management duties. When it comes to the business of construction, Randy’s done it all, including time as a Journeyman and trade supervisor. His broad industry experience has finely tuned Randy’s expert technique in preventative problem solving, foreseeing issues before they become critical and delivering what clients want with unique dexterity.

In 1988 Randy opened the Southern California office of RN Field. As an Operations Manager with a business development focus, Randy established and maintained relationships with clients such as Nordstrom, Atlantic Records, Marvel Comics and various local and Federal Government agencies. He happily returned to the Bay Area and the San Francisco office in 1998.

Outside of RN Field, Randy has organized fundraisers for various charities and community organizations including Leukemia Lymphoma Society, American Cancer Society, Rudy Renal Fund, Rancho Romero Education Fund and the Architectural Foundation of San Francisco. In his spare time, Randy enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and relaxing in warm weather locales.
