As Principal and Senior Project Manager, Seiichi acts as a liaison with owners, architects, tenants, and engineers. He plays an integral role in business development while performing his project management duties. His responsiveness and ability to understand the intricate dynamics of fast-track projects while cultivating strong teams, makes him a true asset for any project team.

Seiichi also gained experience with leases and contracts at a large property management firm. His insatiable curiosity lends to a lifetime of learning.

Seiichi holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Saint Mary’s College. While not working, Seiichi enjoys the great outdoors and is an avid sportsman. Abalone diving, snowboarding, and fishing are big passions.
