Tim’s diplomatic leadership skills and solution-oriented approach are his guiding philosophies towards work and life. As CFO and Principal, Tim is responsible for the financial operation of the company. He is actively involved in all functions of the accounting department to ensure that the financial reporting and processing are in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. He is responsible for the cash flow management, month end closing, budgeting, and is the direct liaison between the company’s banks and insurance companies.

Tim literally grew up at RN Field eventually taking over as the Accounting Manager and Controller. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from California State University, Hayward. He values the environment at RN Field, as family and friends are two of his biggest priorities. He also enjoys international travel and playing golf.
