Tom initially started with RN Field as a project manager in 1992. After 10 years away from RN Field, Tom rejoined the company in 2005 as a Senior Project Manager, specializing in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients old and new. Each job Tom completes is not only recognized for being on time and on budget, but he also ensures that clients are extremely satisfied with RN Field. He brings over 20 years of experience in business ownership, property management and tenant improvements to his work and is especially skilled at core and shell upgrades.

Tom has many interests outside of work, including boating, gardening, community involvement and a willingness to talk to anyone about cars. He also spends weekends as a Lieutenant with the California Rangers Youth Calvary Equestrian Program and participates with his two teenage daughters who love to ride.
