Don is personable and a true leader. His direct approach includes interaction with Building Engineers and Property Managers from the perspective that he’s a guest in their home. He works at a nuts and bolts level in order to move tenants into their buildings on time. Don knows that having close open relationships with Building Inspectors, Architects and Building Engineers can go a long way in maintaining an efficient well run and on time project. Don is a take charge guy and on his jobs, he uses a strong but encouraging personality to get the best out of people. As Superintendent, he is responsible for coordinating sub trades and crafts, monitoring the successful realization of plans and specs, creating solutions to on-site field conditions, quality and safety control, and scheduling.

Don earned a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State. Don maintains that RN Field is “not a job” because he gets to work with his best friends. He does love to travel the world with his wife and thinks he could possibly live in Sicily, for the pasta alone.
