John is the swing man at RN Field. He brings versatility by virtue of his long career as a union carpenter and a demonstrated ability to also successfully act as a Superintendent. John’s extensive construction knowledge and experience give him an advantage in putting an Architect’s idea into a tangible build with no surprises. Having such a strong background in this industry allows John to see potential issues before they occur and offer solutions before the issues become problems. As Superintendent he is responsible for coordinating sub trades and crafts, monitoring the successful realization of plans and specs, creating solutions to on-site field conditions, quality and safety control, and scheduling.

John and his wife are raising four children, which keep both of them very busy with baseball games and trips to the beach.
