Matt is known as a real go-getter in his role as Superintendent. A philosophy of “No problems, just solutions” attests to this. Matt comes from a residential construction background where attention to detail and quality is key. As Superintendent, he is responsible for coordinating sub trades and crafts, monitoring the successful realization of plans and specs, creating solutions to on-site field conditions, quality and safety control, and scheduling. His unrelenting tenacity and work ethic are unmistakable by all who work with Matt. He pushes himself and others easily follow his lead. His ability to inspire and maintain a team approach and work with different partners with ease contributes to successful well executed projects.

When he’s not at work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and dirt bike riding. He has been a certified scuba diver since 16 and loves to explore the underwater world. If there were tropical coral reefs in the Bay Area, Matt would dive much more frequently.
