As Superintendent, Rick is responsible for coordinating sub trades and crafts, monitoring the successful implementation of plans and specs, creating solutions to on-site field conditions, quality and safety control, and scheduling. Rick is a likable guy and uses his friendly style to promote a positive, fun and effective work environment. He finds it very rewarding to join apprentices, foremen, project managers, clients and partners in getting work done on and off-site. His background in carpentry brings a great eye for detail. Rick truly cares about the people he works with and takes a genuine interest in their lives. His caring personality shows in the finished product Rick puts his name on.

Rick is a family man and enjoys being involved with his two children’s football, basketball and soccer activities. The Berthinier home is a gathering place for the neighborhood kids to hang out by the pool and enjoy warm Santa Rosa afternoons.
