Biggest Challenge:

A fourteen-month multi-phase project in occupied space

Details:

We had to complete the project without any day to day operational disruption of the law firm. Eight phases, eight complete moves and 100,000 sq/ft of tenant improvements. We had to be creative in our trades scheduling and construction phasing. Working one half floor at a time and dissecting each phase into sections, we were able to manipulate and maintain the MEPS and accommodate everyone’s needs. It was a real team effort and we were proud to be a part of it!
