4 months of non-stop rain

Details:

We implemented the core and shell work during record rains and the wettest winter in 20 years. It rained nine out of ten days, for four months straight. There were extensive changes to the building elevation and architectural features. We hauled truckloads of mud and relocated a parking lot, among numerous other projects. The project was intense and we were challenged to meet the schedule so the tenants could occupy the building. However, everyone was on the same page and a strong relationship with the client and construction manager helped move the project along.
