Details:

Many consultants were from out of state and didn’t fully understand the local codes. This posed a unique challenge. In order to complete the job on time, we had to interpret their designs to figure out which necessary approvals were needed. We sent numerous emails and scheduled extra meetings with city officials. In the end, we finished the job three days before the tenant needed it.
