“We exceeded the client’s expectations”

—Randy McCracken, Partner + Senior Project Manager

Biggest Challenge:

Coordinating materials on a tight schedule

Details:

We’ve completed hundreds of thousands of feet in more than ten Southern California Nordstrom locations. In this case, most of the floor coverings and stone came from France and Italy and had to clear customs, while the millwork was fabricated in Utah. Besides the challenge of managing the expedition of materials and coordination of delivery to the site on time, all the work was performed after store hours and each design element was custom. The mahogany wood storefront was book-matched along with the solid mahogany ceiling panel system, counters and trim and all were accented with fine Italian etched stained glass.
