Data centers and server rooms often require building systems upgrades. The challenges are in the timing and balancing of schedules. With Manatt, for example, we worked to ensure supplies were available and managed the manpower to meet the client’s milestones so their IT consultants, brought up from L.A., could perform their work. Coordination and planning are key and something we do exceptionally well. It makes for the right execution and result.
